Irish Water has said that landlords will not be held liable for water charges or arrears of water charges built up by their tenants. The pack for your house / apartment has been delivered to you directly.
Irish Water said, “The tenant is liable for the charge and is also eligible for the allowances as the property is the principal primary residence of that household.”
Irish Water charge is a charge imposed by the government and is not the responsibility of Glasán Student Village management.
