- €100 of the utility
charge is paid in the initial deposit with the balance of
100 included in the 2nd Moiety rental payment.
- Applications will be accepted
only for the entire occupancy period to May 2009. No refunds
of rental will be made in the event of early vacation.
- We accept placement students
and rent charged proportionate to the placement details
provided to Glasan.
- It is imperative that you
notify your placement details when booking so your appropriate
lease and rental costs can be drawn up.
Deposit Details:
A total deposit of €750 is required. This is broken into two payments; an initial security deposit of €650 to secure your accommodation and the balance of €100 payable with 2nd semester fees.
This amount is broken down as follows:
ESB - €300
Security/Damage - €250
TV Licence, Cable and Waste - €200
Discount Available
5% discount is available to returning students who resided at
Glasan Student Village for the academic year 2007-2008. Discount
deducted from 2nd Moiety rental payments.
