*This office is currently closed to the public. We will only accept visitors by prior appointment.  Appointments can be made by calling 091-773333 or by emailing [email protected] ahead of the required appointment.

Masks must be worn when attending a scheduled appointment.

Where possible in place of face-to-face meetings, we will be employing remote technology and asking that you phone/email and use your TCAS student portal for the foreseeable future to maintain appropriate levels of communications and contact as required.

Monday 08.30 am – 5.00 pm

Tuesday 08.30 am – 5.00 pm

Wednesday 08.30 am – 1.00 pm

Thursday 08.30 am – 5.00 pm

Friday 09.30 am – 4.30 pm

The office closes for lunch 1 – 2 pm each day

Glasan employs a full time maintenance man to help with ground keeping and maintenance issues onsite.

Furthermore a full team of specialised contractors (plumbers, electricians, general maintenance etc) are available to ensure the job gets done in a professional and prompt manner.
