Security/Damage Deposit                           €290 Per Person

Damage Deposit & Refunds: €290 Security/Damage Deposit is payable per person and refundable less damages and/or any missing items at the end of lease term. Houses will be checked at the end of tenancy with all tenants present.  Deposit will be lodged into the account of head tenant. It will be his/her responsibility to distribute same once refunded.

What do I need to to to rent a house at Glasán?  

• Organise a house view with Glasán
• After the house viewing, complete in full the Application Form
• Return Application Form to Glasan with security / booking deposit of €290.00 per person
• On day of check-in a Letting/Tenancy Agreement is drawn up and must be signed by head tenant and co tenants in presence of Glasan staff member.
• 1 months rent is then payable prior to check in.
• On receipt of above items key cards and full inventory checklist will be issued.

Cancellation of Application

Properties are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once the Application and Deposit is received a mutual agreement will have been put in place. There are no refunds made after deposit has been received on any property.  If no deposit has been received, there is no agreement in place.

Lease Agreement

A standard Lease Agreement is entered between the student & his/her Landlord.  The Household is obliged to follow the Village Rules, which outline the Rules & Regulations in place for the development and which forms part of the lease.

It is a further requirement that Guarantors details are supplied to the Glasán office. Key Cards are electronically programmed per room therefore it must be decided amongst tenants which room each tenant is taking prior to lease signing.
